BOXER AMIR KHAN ROBBED BY THREE MEN AT GUNPOINT

Three people are scheduled to appear in court in London following the alleged robbery of former boxing world champion Amir Khan at gunpoint.

The Metropolitan Police have charged Ahmed Bana, 25, Nurul Amin, 24, and Dante Campbell, 20, in connection with the April incident in Leyton, east London.

Scotland Yard stated that all three suspects, all of whom are from north London, have been charged with robbery conspiracy.

Bana and Campbell have also been charged with having an imitation firearm in their possession.

Campbell is also accused of having ammunition for a firearm without a license and of having an imitation firearm with the intent to incite fear of violence.

On April 18 at around 9:15 p.m. (2015 GMT), the 35-year-old former boxing champion Khan was with his wife Faryal on High Road in Leyton when he allegedly came under gunfire from a group of guys who then allegedly stole his £70,000 ($85,260) watch.
