Al-Asoomi lamented the state of the world saying that it had grown accustomed to genocide and the tragedy of martyrs has been reduced to numbers.
He further asserted that what is happening in Palestine, while the most dangerous situation by far, is a part of a chain of crises in Arab nations.
He underlined the situations in Sudan, Yemen and Libya saying they require mechanisms and unorthodox Arab solutions, and affirmed readiness of Arab Parliament to resolve these crises.
Al-Asoomi criticized the MoU between Ethiopia and what is known as Somaliland deeming it a threat to national Arab security.
