  5. Now select Temporary Files and other cache files in the Files to Delete list.

Clear the cache in the Microsoft device

If you want to clear the cache in Microsoft then follow the steps below:

  1. Open Edge
  2. Go to the Settings option by clicking on the three dots on the right side
  3. Then go to the option of Privacy, Search, and Services
  4. Then you need to click on Choose What to Clear in the Clear Browsing Data section
  5. Select ‘All Time’ in ‘Time Range’, 
  6. Once done, you need to select the option of Cached images and files. 
  7. Lastly, you need to click on the Clear Now button.

Clear Cache from Google Chrome

One of the major slowdowns is because of the Google Chrome browser being over-bundled. Here is what you need to follow: 

  1. Clear the cache on Google Chrome, by following the steps below:
  2. You have to open the Chrome browser. Now you have to click on the 3 dots visible on the top. 
  3. Now you have to click on More Tools in the list
  4. Then choose the option of Clear Browsing Data
  5. Now choose the time range for deleting the details. 
  6. Once done, check the Cached images and files option
  7. Lastly, submit on the Clear Data button.
