IRAN’S KHAMENEI WARNS US AGAINST MILITARY INTERVENTION

Iran “will stand firm against an imposed war, just as it will stand firm against an imposed peace,” the county’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said in a televised message reported by Tasnim news agency.

“This nation will not surrender to anyone in the face of imposition.”

Iran’s 86-year-old Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has lost his main military and security advisers to Israeli air strikes that’s left holes in his inner circle.

US President Donald Trump has demanded Iran’s “unconditional surrender”, saying, “We now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran.”

The Iranian leader also pointed out to statements made by US President Donald Trump, saying that “intelligent people who know Iran, the Iranian nation, and its history will never speak to this nation in threatening language because the Iranian nation will not surrender”.

“And the Americans should know that any US military intervention will undoubtedly be accompanied by irreparable damage.”

The Supreme Leader directly referenced US President Donald Trump’s earlier call for a “unconditional surrender,” labeling his threats as “vulgar” and saying that wise people familiar with Iran’s history would never use such language.

“Iran’s people are not to be surrendered,” he said, “and the Americans must know that any military entry will undoubtedly be met with irreparable damage.”

He also praised the Iranian people for their “calm, courageous, and timely” response to recent Israeli attacks, calling it a sign of the nation’s growth, wisdom, and spirituality.

The death toll from Israel’s attacks on Iran has risen to more than 240, including 70 women and children. More than 24 people have been killed in Iranian attacks on Israel.
