On Thursday, French President Emmanuel Macron stated on his Instagram account that the old and vulnerable would most likely require a third COVID-19 vaccine shot, which France would begin administering in September.
The World Health Organization’s head Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus called on Wednesday for a halt on COVID-19 vaccine boosters until at least the end of September.
