Video of an Afghani boy joyfully dancing after he was fitted with his new leg at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) orthopedic clinic in Kabul has been taking social media by storm for the past days.
The video shared first by Roya Musawi from Afghanistan, has been widely shared and viewed millions of times on social media platforms. It shows the smiling boy happily dancing in the hospital after having his new leg, according to the ICRC, it is his fourth.

The kid was later identified as Ahmad Sayed Rahman. He lost his leg when he was eight months year old after he got injured with his sister in a clash broke out between the Afghan government and Taliban forces in Kabul. According to ICRC, Ahmad has gone through a series of operations over the past four years, yet this was the latest and newest one. Ahmad Sayed Rahman is one of tens of thousands of Afghan who lost their limbs in war. Yet, his heartwarming smile and happiness with his new leg have left the internet emotional.
