Investigators in a Russian-backed separatist-held zone in east Ukraine have charged British citizens Dylan Healy and Andrew Hill with “mercenary activities,” according to the Russian TASS news agency.
According to TASS, a source in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) power structures stated that criminal cases had been opened and charges filed against the individuals under Article 430 of the DPR criminal code.
According to the report, both men have refused to cooperate with the investigation.
