Cristiano Ronaldo announced on Thursday that he and his partner Georgina Rodriguez are expecting twins via social media.
“Delighted to announce we are expecting twins. Our hearts are full of love – we can’t wait to meet you,” the 37-year-old Manchester United and Portugal star, who is already the father of four children, wrote on Instagram.
A snapshot showed the pair lying in bed with Ronaldo holding up a double ultrasound for the camera accompanied the post.
Cristiano Junior, the footballer’s eldest son, was born to a surrogate mother in June 2010.
Ronaldo became the father of twins Eva and Mateo in the same way seven years later, in June 2017. Alana Martina, his first child from his marriage to Rodriguez, was born in November 2017.
Ronaldo expressed his desire for seven children to France Football in 2017.
