Sun 27 November 2022:
The option to share contact cards on Windows beta has begun to roll out on the Meta-owned messaging service WhatsApp.
According to WABetaInfo, the new functionality enables users to share contact cards within the same chat sharing sheet.
If the option is already enabled for the user’s WhatsApp account, the entry point “Contacts” will show up.
This feature makes it simple for the receiver to add a shared contact card to their address book.
According to the report, certain beta users who downloaded the WhatsApp beta for Windows 2.2247.2.0 upgrade have received the ability to share contact cards.
ANDROID AND IOS USERS NOW HAVE ACCESS TO WHATSAPP POLLS, A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
The messaging service had already made poll creation available on Windows beta earlier this week.
Users must click the attach symbol, which is located next to the chat bar, in order to access the poll option.
Because the feature is end-to-end encrypted, only other participants in the conversation may read and respond to it. Both individual and group chats are supported.
