Meta (Facebook) has announced one of the most important news of WhatsApp for 2023, which is not a function like the ones we are used to, but a massive integration of WhatsApp and the rest of the company’s services.
This year WhatsApp will integrate Artificial Intelligence, as Meta has communicated that its main services are going to include AI in different forms and solutions. The attempt from Meta comes after the rise of ChatGPT or the new Bing Chat with AI.
WhatsApp’s parent company, Meta, has announced that in 2023 it is focusing part of its efforts on integrating AI or Artificial Intelligence into its main services.
These are WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. In the case of WhatsApp, it intends to do it through chat, that is, a solution similar to that of ChatGPT.
It is still early to say anything, but it is possible to see an artificial intelligence solution in the WhatsApp chat to answer questions, find out information and much more similar to ChatGPT.
Facebook seemingly wants to compete with Google and Microsoft in the AI battle.
The good news for them is that they have some of the most widely used services in the world, so their integration and level of usage could far exceed their competition.
So, it is possible that at the end of this year we will see very interesting tests on WhatsApp.
The AI could be integrated with current chats to answer questions or have tools to not depend on search engines when looking for information on a certain topic.
The world of AI is big, very big, and it can leave us with truly useful tools for users, especially in WhatsApp.
