‘INSHALLAH’ ENTERS GERMAN DICTIONARY

The Arabic term “Inshallah,” meaning “If God wills it,” generally used by Muslims across the world has entered the German dictionary.

It was published on the website of Duden, a dictionary of the German language si hince 1880, as “God willingly; an expression related to a future event in the Muslim world.”

A statement hasn’t yet been made on whether Inshallah would take place in the printed version of the Duden dictionary.
