Following the start of the “Hayyak” training program to improve the quality of women’s reception in the Two Holy Mosques, the Presidency announced it plans to train 320 Saudi female employees.
The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques selected ten women to prominent leadership posts within its ranks in August of last year. The selection of female leaders was instructed by al-Sudais at the time, according to the presidency, “in an effort to elevate the level of work in the presidency and to invest in talented national cadres.”
The organization in charge of the Two Holy Mosques in Mecca and Medina said the appointments were made in a variety of departments and functions, including directorial, advising, developmental, administrative, linguistic, technical, engineering, administrative, supervisory, and in service.
